Katie MacGregor, the Principal and Director of FixLegal, is an experienced lawyer, manager and consultant who has dealt with many different levels of business, suppliers, regulators and customers.  She has worked in private practice in major firms, in Australia and internationally.  Prior to setting up FixLegal her recent experience was as an in-house counsel at major corporates including Goodman Fielder, Chandler Macleod, Nestlé, AMP and Rubik Financial.

Katie takes a pragmatic, commercial approach, aiming to provide practical, compliant legal solutions that will suit your strategic objectives.  She has extensive knowledge of the FMCG, Recruitment, Media and IT industries and is experienced in risk management, particularly in the areas of the implementation of new products, legal functions and dispute resolution.

The review of contracts, procurement and management of commercial vendors is her forte.  She is also very experienced in the areas of privacy and data protection, intellectual property management, consultancy contracts, advertising, sponsorships and promotions. Katie has written many bespoke agreements for many satisfied clients.

Katie has acted for many clients including  Electrolux, Rubik Financial, Conexus Financial, Beaumont People, Big Mobile and Skyfii.
